Pick a currency, choose a denomination (or enter a custom one), and the count you hold.
Grouped by currency and denomination; use −/+ to adjust counts. Open Notes on a row to add individual notes — each pairs a serial number with its own date and grade. On a note: 📷 attaches photos (upload or phone camera), and ✦ gives a manual AI value estimate.
Share selected notes with anyone via a private link — no account needed to view. Tick “Show this note in my public showcase” on the notes you want to include (in their photo/details card). Cost basis, provenance, your wantlist and every other note stay private.
Track notes you're hunting for. Pick a currency, optionally a denomination and the grade you want, a target price, and a note. When one turns up, “Acquire” moves it into your collection.
A point is recorded each day you open the vault, so the line grows as you collect.

A quick tour, from first note to daily tracking.
On the Collection tab, choose a currency, pick a denomination from the list — or select “Custom amount…” to type any value, including historical or rare notes — then enter how many you hold and select “Add note.”
The banknote at the top shows your whole collection’s worth, converted to the display currency. Change “Show in” to view the total in any currency you like. The stat row also tracks notes held, currencies, your largest note, total spent, and estimated gain/loss.
In the Holdings table, use − and + to change counts as your collection grows or shrinks, and ✕ removes a line. Deleted a line, note, or wantlist item by accident? An Undo toast appears for a few seconds. Search by country, code, serial, or tag, and use the filter pills (current, historical, itemized, graded, fancy serials, duplicates) to narrow the list.
Open a holding to expand its note cards. For each physical note you can record a serial number, series date, grade, what you paid, where you acquired it, provenance, and free-form tags. Anything you record here feeds the dashboards, the insurance report, and your collector value.
On a note card, select ✦ to get an AI estimate of its collector value, with a price range and a short rationale you can store on the note. Estimates are rough guidance — not live market data and not investment advice — so always confirm against real listings.
Use 📷 on a note to attach photos (front, back, detail). You can crop before saving, and “Read serial” will try to read the serial number straight off a photo for you.
As you enter serials, the vault flags collectible patterns — solids, ladders, radars, repeaters, low/high numbers and more — with a small badge. These notable serials are also passed to the AI estimate.
The Wishlist tab tracks notes you’re hunting, with an optional target price. When one arrives, “Acquire” moves it straight into your holdings.
The Dashboard tab charts value over time (face and collector), plus breakdowns by currency, grade, graded-vs-ungraded, top notes, world region, and decade. A new point is recorded on the trend line each day you open the vault.
On the Collection tab you can create a public link to show off chosen notes. Mark individual notes “Show in public showcase,” set a title and intro, and optionally include values. Cost basis, provenance, and your wantlist are never shared.
In the Backup row, export your collection as CSV or JSON (and import it back), print an insurance/appraisal report, and tidy orphaned photos. The vault gently reminds you to export if it’s been a couple of weeks.
Your name appears top-right when signed in. Select Account to add a recovery email, change your password, or delete your account. Lock signs you out. Forgot your username or password? Use the links on the sign-in screen.
The vault pulls live exchange rates when it can reach the network and falls back to built-in approximate rates otherwise. The chip in the top corner tells you which is active; “Refresh rates” fetches the latest.
What’s new in the vault, newest first.
